We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at our sole discretion.

3. Your Account

• You must create an account to access certain features.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at all times.

4. User Content

• Ownership: You retain ownership of any content you upload, including photos, videos, text, and portfolio materials (“User Content”).
• License: By posting User Content on the Platform, you grant Muffindough a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide our Services.
• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Content and any consequences of sharing it.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Use the Platform for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Upload harmful code, viruses, or malicious software.
• Post infringing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content.
• Attempt to bypass or breach our security measures.

7. Payments & Transactions

• Muffindough is not responsible for errors, delays, or issues caused by third-party payment systems.

• We do not guarantee that any collaboration, campaign, or opportunity will occur as a result of using the Platform.
