Cancellation Policy
This Policy constitutes an integral, binding, and enforceable part of the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Brand and Creator Terms and Conditions, and/or any other agreement executed between MuffinDough (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” / “Platform” / “MuffinDough”), and any person or entity accessing, utilizing, or transacting on the Platform, including, without limitation, registered brands (“Brand”) and content creators (“Creator”).
This Policy governs all matters related to service cancellations, refund eligibility, and the apportionment or forfeiture of service fees or consideration in connection with any orders, engagements, or transactions undertaken via the Platform. By accessing, using, or engaging with the Platform in any manner, the user irrevocably agrees to be bound by the terms of this Policy, as may be amended from time to time at the sole discretion of the Company. No deviation from, waiver of, or exception to any provision of this Policy shall be valid or enforceable unless expressly authorized in writing by the Company.

- If the Creator cancels before starting work, the Brand will receive a full refund.
2. Briefing Stage
- If the Brand does not submit the brief within 72 hours, the order will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
- If the Creator does not accept the brief or submit the script within the given time, the Brand will be refunded.
- If the Brand cancels after script feedback or the Creator fails to revise the script on time, refunds will be issued after reviewing progress made.
3. Scripting Stage
If either the Brand or Creator cancels due to creative or ethical differences, a partial refund will be processed after deducting applicable service charges.
4. Post-Script Approval
- If the Creator fails to upload content within the given timeline, the Brand will receive a refund.
- If the Creator withdraws after script approval, the Brand will be refunded.
- If the Creator is unresponsive or fails to provide revised content, the Brand will be refunded after deducting platform and Creator service fees.

- If the Brand or Creator requests a new go-live date that cannot be accommodated, the refund or payment will be adjusted fairly.
- Once the content goes live, no refunds or cancellations are allowed.
7. Product Shipment
- If the order is cancelled after shipping but before delivery, the refund will depend on the stage of work completed.
- If the Creator does not receive or refuses the product, or the Brand cancels after product delivery, the refund will be decided based on the progress of work.
8. Refund Timeline
Once approved, refunds are processed within seven (7) working days. MuffinDough is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or other financial institutions.
